The patient is the Appointment Manager and makes decisions for their health care as well as that of the children under their care. I respect expertise but it cannot be used to pressure people to do things they do not feel comfortable doing.
Are there exceptions? Sure. There are exceptions to everything it seems, but we are discussing the big picture in this podcast.
